- Provide clear, timely updates to all key stakeholders
- Deliver factual, well-documented incident reports and debriefs
- Support post-incident reviews and help us improve future responses
What You Bring:

- Natural ability to stay calm, focused, and professional in emergencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong judgement, decision-making, and people skills
- Willingness to work variable shifts and travel throughout London
- Detail-oriented with a passion for safety and service excellence
Working Conditions:
- 24/7 rotating shift pattern, including unsociable hours
- Base: Stockwell Operational Command Centre (OCC)
- Field-based role – be prepared for extensive travel
- Work outdoors and in diverse environments
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary & shift allowance
- Full training and support
- Opportunity to work alongside emergency services and TfL
- A critical role in London’s most respected bus operation
